Hey, I'm new here at Storm-Artists. This site looks pretty sweet! I've got an account over at DevART as well (Radioactive-Insanity), so that's what's been marked on most of my images, if people were wondering.

Anyways. I draw mostly fanasty critters and random stuff, and need to desperately improve. I used to be very content with my art; I didn't care if it had a 'nice composition' or a background etc, but now I'm starting to care about that stuff (I'm suprised myself xD) and I'd appreciate all the advice I can get!

arright.. well, I don't have a problem, it's more of a question. So, I know I can make my own theme, but where exactly does the theme appear? Like, does it only appear on my userpage? 'cause I've seen some other people who've got custom userpages.. are themes the way to do that?
